These rules are established for the comfort and enjoyment of all our members. We ask that if you know of someone breaking any of them, please let any of our staff team know BEFORE you leave. We can not fix it, if we don't know about it. They may not be aware of the rule, and a little courtesy goes a long way. We are all here to have a good time to enjoy both yourself and the company of others. There are no confrontations between members. If there is a concern, please bring it to the attention of our staff or hosts.

It is not our place to try to convince someone to join. If your a couple, talk about joining and your own personal rules before arriving. This is not the place to "surprise" someone for a night out. Everyone agrees to join, or the answer is no invite.

The first four items are common in the lifestyle, but they are included here, because they are so important.

1 - "NO" MEANS "NO!"

This is probably the foundation of our lifestyle. Very basically, the right to say "yes" is accompanied by the right to say "no". Further explanation is neither necessary nor required. Don't be afraid to be firm. Be polite, but be firm. Unfortunately, if you are not clear in your statement, you may be giving another person or couple the wrong impression. Face it, many guys & gals don't understand or take "hints" too well. Although you know what you mean, there are some people who only understand "NO!!!".  This is not a chicken ranch and the members won't be treated like hens.  If you harass another member, you will be asked to leave.  

2 - DISCRETION!

This rule is very simple. "What you see here, and hear here, stays here when you leave here!" We don't talk outside of the club.

No cameras or recording devises allowed in the club.

No cell phones allowed in the club areas.

Ladies, no purses are allowed in the club. Please bring a lock for your locker or leave them in the trunk of your car.

3 - NO DRUGS!

Obviously, we cannot allow either the use or possession of any controlled substances on premises. We will not debate this issue at all. What you do on your property is your business, but you don't do it here! Likewise, if you are stoned, ripped, or high; please don't come by.  If you need to alter your mind that badly in order to party then you are in the wrong lifestyle. Being drunk does not make you sexy or  funny, it only makes you drunk, something Utopia members shy away from.

4 - NO PROSTITUTION!

There will be no selling of services of any kind on the club premises.  If caught soliciting, you will be removed from the club and the local authorities will be notified. Once you pay at the door, keep your money in your pockets.

5 -

EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2007

FORT WAYNE CITY COUNCIL HAS ORDERED A SMOKING BAN ON ALL BUSINESSES ONLY IN THE FORT WAYNE CITY LIMITS. TO INCLUDE-BARS, PUBS, NIGHTCLUBS & PRIVATE CLUBS.  If this city BAN should be lifted to exempt over 21 businesses -we will again have a smoking & non smoking section in the club. We would pass this information to you in our "member's only" e-mail updates.

Until then-(elections in November) as per the city ordinance, all ashtrays have been removed inside the club areas & no smoking signs have been posted.

6 - DON'T MONOPOLIZE THE PARTY ROOMS.

We need to keep the party rooms available for partying. If you are using them to socialize or sleep, then you are denying their use by other members. The facilities are here for everyone's use, but they are not unlimited. Let's be polite. If you need to get some sleep, we have couches, blankets and pillows available in the Fantasy Lounge. Rooms are available to keep for the night ONLY after 3:00 A.M.

7 - TAKE CARE OF THE FURNITURE.

Please use the end tables and coasters for your drinks. No one wants to sit in the wet spot! Additionally, we need to ask that if you are not dressed, please place a towel between your bottom and our cushion. Thanks. Please pick up after yourselves.Take a moment to throw away empty cups and plates. This is YOUR club.

8 - NEW-FUTURE MEMBERS:

Please answer the questions to request an invite. We will reply with the invite you need to print and bring with you the night you plan to join. There will be a brief orientation, (bring a photo ID) sign the membership agreement we have at the club, door sign in, followed by your club tour. IF YOU ARE PART OF A COUPLE/MARRIED, BOTH PARTIES MUST JOIN AND ATTEND TOGETHER. WE DO NOT ALLOW ONE TO JOIN OR ATTEND WITHOUT THE OTHER. WE WILL NOT PUT OUR MEMBERS IN HARMS WAY. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.

Established CU members, there is no need to RSVP. Bring your membership card with you each time you visit.

9 - STAYING OVER.

As long as we have space available, we are only too happy to have you stay and party all night. We do ask however, that if you live within a one hour drive, and are not under the influence, that you do go home when you are done for the evening.

10 - CU is an "Adult" club.

Each member IS responsible for their actions & reactions to choices they personally make while at Club Utopia.

Club Utopia can not be held liable for any injury while attending due to your own negligence or inappropriate behavior.

BYOB-you bring it-you pour it* Your choice-Your consequence. If you need to get a few winks before heading home, you are welcome to claim a sofa. Designate a driver. Taxi numbers available to call. Do not leave under the influence and drive. If you have to be drunk to be at CU-This is not the place for you.

Fort Wayne Excise Rule:

Only bring what you "PERSONALLY" brought for your own "PERSONAL" use.

Do not share your alcohol with other members.

Please come prepared.

THERE IS NO JUDGMENT AT UTOPIA. THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENT SHAPES, COLORS, AGES AND PERSONALITIES THAT BRING UTOPIA TO LIFE. LEAVE YOUR STATUS AT THE DOOR, BE YOURSELF & HAVE FUN.
